In the volcanic highlands of West Java, Frinsa Estate has become one of Indonesia’s leading specialty coffee producers. Led by Wildan Mustofa and Atieq Mustikaningtyas, the estate is known for precision processing, innovative fermentation methods, and complete quality control from harvest to export.

Black Orchid undergoes an extended anaerobic natural fermentation using selected cultures of Lactobacillus and yeast. This carefully controlled process develops deep fruit intensity, vibrant sweetness, and elegant complexity while maintaining balance and clarity.
After fermentation, the cherries are slowly dried under controlled conditions to stabilize flavor development and preserve the coffee’s luxurious texture and structure.
