Discover the exquisite Geisha coffee from the lush Cañas Verdes region in Boquete. Grown in the humid, rainy microclimate of the tropical forest, these coffee farms thrive on the slopes of Barú Volcano National Park. The rich volcanic soils, deep and fertile, provide excellent drainage, minimizing erosion and ensuring premium quality beans.

A special shoutout to Jose Luttrell, the visionary founder of Abu Coffee Panama, who has dedicated himself to producing these distinct coffees. For the past three years, we’ve proudly collaborated with Abu Coffee at SPIRIRITHUB ROASTERY to bring you these exceptional coffee varieties.

The cherries are hand-collected at the optimum maturation point, then hand-selected and floated with mountain spring water. The whole cherries are fermented for 24 hours in open tanks. Once this first stage is finished, the cherries go through a second phase of the anaerobic dry process for 96 hours. After the fermentation is completed, the cherries are transferred manually to the African raised beds to the final sun-dried stage for 25 days.
